Great to meet you!

My background is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, where I earned my Master's from the University of Central Florida. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and difficulties with self-esteem and emotional regulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences.

My approach to therapy

Grounded in a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, I recognize that every person carries a unique set of lived experiences shaped by both internal and external factors. I am especially passionate about the roles identity, environment, and systems all interact to impact a person’s well-being. As a clinician I am to create a space that feels safe and empowering, where trust is central and growth is possible. Through collaborative care rooted in an eclectic approach, I support clients in navigating life’s challenges and building the tools needed to thrive.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don't have to do it alone. Our first session is simply a conversation where we get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from our work together. There's no pressure to have all the answers or tell your whole life story in one session—I’ll meet you where you are, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll identify goals that feel meaningful and create a plan that supports your unique needs. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what's ahead.
