Great to meet you!
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Therapy can be a place where you finally feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical; you deserve not only to understand why you're struggling, but to leave each session with tools you can begin using in your everyday life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, mood disorders, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Every client brings a unique story, and I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating evidence-based techniques that promote lasting change. Together, we'll identify the patterns contributing to your distress, develop practical coping strategies, and build the confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience.
As a mother of a child with autism, I understand that life can be both rewarding and incredibly demanding. That personal experience has strengthened my empathy for parents, caregivers, and anyone balancing multiple responsibilities while trying to care for their own mental health.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply looking for a safe place to grow, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with the skills to create meaningful, lasting change.
