Great to meet you!

If you've ever felt your issues were swept under the rug or if you have felt unheard, l truly want to listen. I pride myself on being non-judgmental & able to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing—no matter what. Are you a rambler? Fret not, I will never cut you off. Do you want someone to consider your upbringing? I got you! I know all too well that sometimes life can be too much to handle on your own, so I am grateful you're here, taking the first steps. I love being able to build a relationship with my clients where you can tell me what you do or don't like in your therapy. After all, these sessions are for you!

My approach to therapy

You know you best—that’s why client-centered therapy matters. I meet you where you are, knowing there's not just one solution. I specialize in working with unresolved childhood trauma & undiagnosed ADHD. I help clients who wonder, "Why can’t I just start things?" It’s tough feeling different, but you’re not alone. We’ll find strategies that truly work for you.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you'll know that you can be open and that sessions are collaborative. This space is to be whatever you need it to be-- whether that is skill building or simply just venting. We can tailor the session to make it exactly what you need it to be.
