Great to meet you!

Are you overwhelmed managing your life demands? Whether it's building your career, supporting your family, life transition, processing a loss, navigating family conflict, or all of the above, life can be challenging.

I'm a licensed clinical counselor, and I use a variety of evidence-based, holistic therapy techniques to help people build resilience and find more balance in life.

I see clients in the Cleveland, Ohio area in Mayfield Village, Lyndhurst and via Telehealth anywhere in Ohio.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help provide a non-judgmental, supportive, counseling environment where you can build on your personal values and strengths and develop coping skills to better manage stress. Using a holistic approach that's individualized to your lifestyle, we'll work together to help you set and reach your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I help clients build coping skills and resilience to stress for a variety of challenges including: trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, parenting skills, justice system involvement, anger management, workplace stress, holistic wellness, and more. My approach is strengths-based and nonjudgmental.
