Great to meet you!

We all experience some distress or discomfort that can prevent us from feeling content and enjoying all that life has to offer. We're often stuck in patterned behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and relationships that only increases our distress and prevents us from being able to move forward. I work collaboratively with people to better understand the patterns of behaviors, thoughts, or feelings that contribute to our distress and develop concrete skills to feel content and enjoy life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide person-centered and strength-based therapy tailored to the needs of the individual. I specialize in CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, trauma informed methods, and motivational interviewing. I work well with people experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling with transitions in life, or have experienced trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a nurturing and supportive environment for you to express yourself to be able to create a balanced and fulfilling life. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change.
