Great to meet you!

Ejang is a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‐based mental health care across the lifespan. With a foundation in nursing and advanced training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and medication management, Ejang approaches treatment through a holistic and collaborative lens.

Grounded in trauma‐informed and culturally responsive practice, Ejang works to create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing. She believes that mental health care is most effective when clients are active partners in their treatment, and she tailors each plan to the individual’s goals, strengths, and lived experiences.

Ejang is committed to reducing stigma, promoting wellness, and supporting clients as they build resilience, restore balance, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Ejang views healing as a collaborative journey and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward growth and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, trauma‐informed, and grounded in evidence‐based practice.”

“I look at the whole picture — your physical health, emotional wellbeing, environment, and daily stressors — because they all shape your mental health.”

“We’ll work together as partners. I’ll explain options clearly, and we’ll make decisions as a team so you feel informed and in control.”

“I also prioritize safety, trust, and respect. This is a space where you won’t be judged or rushed.”

“Every treatment plan is individualized, and my goal is to support you in moving toward stability, growth, and a life that feels meaningful to you.”

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about understanding what brought you in. I’ll ask about your symptoms, history, and what’s been going on in your life. There’s no pressure to share everything — we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable.

I take a holistic and trauma‐informed approach, so this is a judgment‐free space. You can pause or ask questions at any time.

By the end, I’ll summarize what I’m noticing, and we’ll talk through possible next steps together. Nothing is decided without you — we make decisions as a team.

My goal today is simply to understand your story and begin building a plan that supports your wellbeing.
