Great to meet you!

I care about helping people feel truly heard and understood, especially those working through anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My clients often tell me they want a partner in this process, not someone who just hands them a plan and walks away. That's exactly how I like to work. We build each step together, checking in often so your care actually fits your life. I know it can be hard to reach out in the first place, so I try to make our conversations feel warm and judgment free. If you have been carrying a lot on your own, I would be glad to help you carry it with some support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative. I want you to feel like an equal partner in your care, so we talk openly about what is and is not working and adjust together. I focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I believe real progress happens when you feel supported, not judged.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I will ask about what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping will be different. There is no pressure to share everything right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and a little lighter.
