I blend Buddhist-informed spirituality with trauma-aware, evidence-based psychotherapy so our work is both heart-centered and practical. Using IFS (parts work), mindfulness and somatic awareness, and ACT-style values and experiments, we learn to notice inner experience without judgment, tend to wounded parts with compassion, and take small, values-driven steps in everyday life. Buddhist teachings (kindness, present-moment awareness, and disentangling from painful stories) inform how I teach mindfulness and self-compassion, while clinical tools give us clear skills for anxiety, relationship patterns, and emotional regulation. Spiritual language and rituals are always optional and guided by your preferences — we follow what helps you feel safer, clearer, and more whole.
