Great to meet you!

I am Ekaterina, a licensed clinical social worker, and I am here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, and I focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and understood. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, heal at your own pace, and move toward meaningful change and lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client centered, which means I adapt our work to fit who you are, not the other way around. I draw from evidence based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. In each session, I listen closely, collaborate with you on goals, and create a nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm welcome and a calm, nonjudgmental space focused entirely on you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I will share how I work, answer your questions, and together we will create a clear plan, so you leave with a sense of direction, support, and hope for the path ahead.
