Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Ekaterina (Kate) Musok and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I offer a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want to live? Maybe anxiety, depression, or self-doubt have taken hold, making it hard to move forward. Your relationships might feel distant, leaving you longing for deeper connection, or the career that once inspired you now feels unfulfilling. If you’re questioning where to turn or how to get back on track, know that you don’t have to navigate this alone.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe and supportive space to help you explore your challenges and rediscover your strength. I work with individuals who are ready to break free from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the weight of life transitions. Together, we’ll address the barriers holding you back and create a path toward clarity, confidence, and connection. I'm a trained EMDR clinician, and also integrate CBT and DBT to address the unique challenges you’re facing.
