Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Tampa Bay. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Florida in 2016. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with students and families in Hillsborough County Public Schools for nearly 10 years.

My experience has allowed me to support individuals and families through a variety of challenges, and I specialize in trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and helping individuals navigate ADHD in everyday life. I believe that everyone has strengths they can build upon, and I enjoy helping clients recognize those strengths while developing practical strategies to feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I provide counseling and therapy driven by the strength perspective. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I’m passionate about helping people grow, discover their coping skills, and find strategies that help them navigate life.

What you can expect from me

I believe in the importance of having a safe space to talk, process, and feel supported. I also strongly believe that therapy is a collaborative process. During our first session, my goal is to build rapport, learn more about what brings you to therapy, and understand the goals you hope to accomplish. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences and begin to see therapy as a space where we can work together toward meaningful change.
