I am Ela and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about working with people who decide to improve their lives through therapy. I have worked with people who struggle with eating disorders, addiction (substance abuse, recovery), life transitions/divorce, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, and self esteem.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person is unique and needs a different and individual therapeutic approach. In sessions, I often use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and experiential approaches. I enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds and different stages of life.
