Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in child welfare and supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My focus is working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide you with the coping skills, practical tools, and supportive guidance needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being while empowering you to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative, while also being honest and direct. This means I will listen closely and with care, but I will also gently help you identify patterns, clarify goals, and begin focusing on practical steps forward. My role is to support you, guide you and work along side of you to build a meaningful change together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and understood. I take time to get to know you—what brings you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to change or improve in your life.
