Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying something heavy for a while — anxiety that won't let up, trauma that keeps surfacing, or a sadness you can't quite name — you don't have to keep navigating it alone.

I became a counselor because I believe the things that hurt us most are also the things we're least likely to talk about. I'm drawn to working with people who've been holding it together for a long time and are finally ready to set some of that down.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, as well as OCD, panic, family stress, and women's issues. My focus is understanding what's underneath the symptoms — not just managing them — so we can work on what actually needs to shift.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you catch and reframe the thought patterns keeping you stuck, and Motivational Interviewing to get clear on what you actually want your life to look like. When we're focused on relationships or specific goals, I bring in a solution-focused approach to keep us moving forward.

I tend to be warm but direct — I'll ask questions, offer observations, and help you connect dots you might not have seen yet. Sessions with me are collaborative; I'm an active participant, not just a listener.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you here and what you're hoping for. No script — just a real conversation.

If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to connect.
