Great to meet you!

You have bravely ventured the move toward a more satisfying life. I too faced my own season of growth and refinement. A loss experience and compassion for others sparked my desire to pursue a master’s in clinical counseling from California State University, Fullerton.

Individuals enter therapy for a variety of reasons including loss, unresolved childhood experiences, difficult life transitions, changes in emotional states, troubling beliefs, or patterns of thought.

My approach to therapy

Acceptance and empathy with lightheartedness are characteristic of my interpersonal therapeutic style used to ease the work toward restoring balance to your life, making meaning out of the meaningless, finding joy after sorrow, and replacing chaos with a sense of hope and peace. Are you ready to move forward? Let’s talk about how we might work together to help you live more of the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you face the challenges that push you outside of your comfort zone, whether it be struggling with loss, difficult relationships, surviving trauma, or adjusting to life transitions. I use a humanistic and person-centered approach enhanced with CBT, mindfulness, family-systems, existential constructs, and EMDR uniquely designed to suit each individual. My goal is to provide a safe place in which you will find your strengths, explore negative thoughts, and heal from past experiences.
