Great to meet you!

I'm a trauma-informed therapist in New York and Florida who works specifically with moms of explosive boys. My training is rooted in understanding the nervous system — which means I work beneath the behavior, not just at the surface of it. I'm not going to hand you a sticker chart or tell you to pick your battles. I understand what you're actually dealing with — and I take it seriously.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on you — not just your son's behavior. We look at what's getting activated in you during the hard moments, how your own history may be showing up in your responses, and how to build genuine steadiness that holds even when he can't. Sessions are structured and practical. You'll always know what we're working on and why, and you'll leave with something you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to understand what you're carrying — not just the meltdowns, but what this has been like for you. I'll ask direct questions and give you honest answers. We'll talk about what's been happening, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to get out of the work. You won't leave wondering what just happened — you'll leave with a clear sense of whether this is the right fit and what working together would look like.
