Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a licensed clinician for over 20 years. I believe therapy offers an individual the power and insight to begin the process towards empowering one's life. Using cognitive behavioral and client centered therapy offers the ability to begin where the client begins to build a therapeutic alliance. As the client sets goals the therapeutic relationship is able to monitor one's personal progress. I have experience working individuals who have been arrested for child endangerment, complex family dynamics, adult children dealing with the acceptance of aging parents, mental health, case management, 1:1 therapy focusing on addiction, mental illness, substance use, transgender eating disorders and individuals feeling personal loss isolation regarding being disconnected from society.

My approach to therapy

Client centered, cognitive behavioral, problem solving, and allowing the client to feel a sense of empowerment.

What you can expect from me

On the first session I will begin to provide active listening empathic response and identify what issues the client wishes to resolve. As the clinician the goal will be to define goals interventions to accomplish a schedule timeline for their personal growth and resolve issues resulting in personal conflict.
