Great to meet you!

My expertise is in the treatment of anxiety using an integrative approach with psychodynamic and an analytical understanding for the anxiety, specific techniques to reduce the level of anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy to minimize or eliminate your anxiety. I work with you every step of the way to make your life better.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. We work together to help you feel better. We each have our own contribution to the success of your treatment. Hopefully we build a wonderful relationship of trust, respect snd kindness that allows us to move you toward a healthier life in a very pleasant and comfortable way.

What you can expect from me

We begin to know each other, as you tell me what is bothering you and what you need help with. I ask questions to better understand what you are going through and where you’d like to be in your life. It’s not really therapy in the first few sessions as it is gathering information, and helping you feel safe and hopeful
