Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when it honors the whole person - your story, your faith, your identity, your values, your worldview, and the way you make sense of life. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging transitions, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, emotional overwhelm, and major life changes. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, beliefs, and values, and I am committed to meeting you where you are without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, respected, and supported as you move through difficult seasons and begin rebuilding clarity, confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe effective therapy should take into account who you are as a whole person, not just the symptoms or struggles that brought you in. In session, we may explore patterns related to depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, identity, faith, values, life transitions, and the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. We may also work on building coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, improving communication, developing healthier relationship patterns, and finding practical ways to move forward. My style is warm, respectful, thoughtful, and authentic. I believe therapy should help you feel seen while also giving you tools to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy takes courage, and our first session is a chance for us to begin building trust at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will change through our work together. I will listen with compassion and curiosity. We will begin identifying your goals, strengths, values, and what kind of support would feel most meaningful. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and more grounded in the next step of your journey.
