Great to meet you!

With over 30 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, I began my career on an inpatient psychiatric unit, where I developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. Over the years, I have served clients across a variety of settings, including community mental health and substance use disorder programs, where I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their journey toward recovery and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My true passion lies in providing individual therapy to both teenagers and adults. I bring extensive experience in treating trauma, loss, grief, depression, life transitions, and the emotional toll that often accompanies major changes. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and grief counseling, approaches that allow me to address complex emotional experiences with evidence-based care and compassion.

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my work is my faith and a genuine investment in people. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My greatest reward is helping others rediscover their inner strength, rebuild self-belief, and move forward with renewed hope and healing.
