Great to meet you!
My name is Elaine Maloney, DNP, PMHNP, FNP, ARNP, and I bring over 15 years of nursing experience across diverse clinical settings, including psychiatry, nephrology, medical-surgical care, and rehabilitation. This broad background allows me to take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the strong connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and life experiences.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-based. I take the time to truly listen so you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. Together, we develop individualized treatment plans that align with your goals, values, and lifestyle.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. I offer medication management combined with supportive, practical strategies to help you navigate challenges and build lasting stability and confidence.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my dog, Max. I value balance, personal growth, and meaningful connections—principles that also guide the care I provide.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking to feel more grounded and in control, I’m here to support you on your journey toward improved mental wellness.
