Great to meet you!

If you spend your days stuck in hypervigilant mental loops or bracing for worst-case scenarios, you aren't alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and Certified Body Trust® Provider, I help individuals move past body shame, trauma responses, and neurodivergent burnout. My practice is a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental space where you can finally step out of survival mode. You deserve to feel safe and at home in your own skin, and we can build that trust together.

My approach to therapy

My approach goes beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the whole ecosystem of your life, including how cultural systems, family narratives, and core values impact you. In our sessions, I bring deep curiosity and compassion to help you shift away from automatic self-blame and question who taught you to carry that harsh inner critic. Together, we’ll bridge the gap between mind and body, rejecting shame so you can safely tune back into your body’s physical wisdom. I invite your full, authentic self into our space - messiness, hesitations, and all. Ultimately, we’ll rewrite those old survival stories to build a path toward genuine, deep-seated liberation.

What you can expect from me

In our first time meeting, we’ll unpack any past experiences or assumptions you carry about therapy so we can build a process that actually works for you. We will take the time to clarify your core goals and get a clear picture of what healing looks like on your terms. From there, we’ll collaboratively design a flexible treatment plan that maps out your next steps. You’ll leave our initial session with a practical roadmap and a clear vision for our work together.
