Great to meet you!

Welcome! Thanks for the potential opportunity to support you in your growth. I am a graduate of NYU MSW program and currently hold the LCSW-R license for clinical social work. I also completed a post graduate certificate program at IPE ( institute for psychanalytic education)now known as PANY, in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I have worked in many roles at Zucker Hillside Hospital and have been in private practice consistently since 2014. I have experience treating individuals and couples.

What you can expect from me

I offer a client centered supportive environment that guides instead of directs. I encourage clients to identify their goals and help them identify and explore challenges that may be both conscious and unconscious. When needed, we may discuss specific coping skills to help manage emotions or challenge current thought patterns that interfere. In the case of couples, we may discuss specific ways to improve conflict resolution and communication. I tend to be more directive with couples as needed.
