Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Counselor for 30 years. Throughout my career, I have worked with children and adolescents, individuals, couples, families, groups, incarcerated populations, and survivors of human trafficking. These experiences have strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are in their healing journey.

My clinical specialties include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and communication challenges. I believe that every client deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can explore life's difficulties, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client‐centered. I use CBT and offer a faith‐based perspective for clients who desire it. I am passionate about empowering clients to heal, strengthen relationships, and grow emotionally. My style is warm, calm, and supportive, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward hope and healing.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a safe, genuine, and supportive space where we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship grounded in transparency and honesty. We’ll take time to normalize your emotions, stressors, and life experiences—without judgment or criticism—while moving at a pace that feels right for you. This initial meeting is a place of learning and exploration, where we begin gaining insight into your individual experiences as well as the relational and systemic patterns shaping your life.
