Great to meet you!

I offer a receptive, nonjudgmental space where you are invited to speak freely. My practice is open to adolescents and adults of all ages, identities, and socio-cultural backgrounds. In addition to individual, group, couples and family therapy, I have experience conducting evaluations for asylum-seekers and helping patients navigate gender-affirming treatment. I specialize in supporting individuals who hear voices or experience reality in ways that feel isolating or hard to understand.

My approach to therapy

Psychoanalytic therapy is an in-depth approach to treatment, responsive to your singular way of being. It treats symptoms not only to alleviate suffering, but as messages seeking expression, often pointing to a multiplicity of untold stories. By listening to their echoes in speech, the body, and the therapeutic relationship, we work together toward a deeper sense of agency and possibility.

What you can expect from me

A consultation is typically a conversation aimed at getting to know you. If we meet and you feel like speaking more, that usually suggests a good fit.
