Hi, I’m Elana. I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt and are looking for ways to feel more balanced and confident in their day-to-day lives. I also support BIPOC clients and those navigating cultural or ethnic identity concerns, especially when these experiences impact relationships, work, or how you see yourself. Many of my clients want help managing big emotions, improving work-life balance, and showing up more fully for themselves and the people they care about.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can slow things down and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Clients describe me as supportive, grounded, and easy to talk to. Together, we focus on building practical tools for everyday stress, recognizing patterns that may no longer be serving you, and finding healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges — all while honoring your lived experience, background, and values.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to change. You can expect a calm, supportive conversation where your thoughts and feelings are met with understanding. Over time, many clients leave sessions feeling more equipped to handle stress, more confident in themselves, and more hopeful about their relationships, identity, and overall sense of balance.
