Great to meet you!

Only you are the expert of the life you have lived; however, what if someone could help you become the editor of your future? Sometimes we get lost in living or surviving life and forget that we are in charge of our own destiny, thus life becomes a struggle. Why not take a chance, allowing someone to help end the struggle and make peace with the inner chaos?

A bit about my approach to therapy

Typically, chronic stress/trauma creates patterns in our lives, which is what causes that uneasiness within. So, identifying and focusing on healing or recreating new, productive patterns is the target of sessions. Come explore these patterns in the present as my thought is there is no reason to go back into the pain, unless you feel it is necessary.

What you can expect from our first session

Again, you are the writer of your story, so the session is directed by your process. Often, our emotional and/or physical needs are unmet early in life and the inner child within is left rumbling with a need of resolve these. Once these needs are met, finishing your life’s story becomes that much easier! Let me help with your writer’s block.
