Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Layne a licensed professional counselor with over 3 years experience working with teens and families. I received a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and I love therapy. I hope to provide a comfortable and affirming environment for my clients to grow and learn about themselves.

My approach to therapy

I like to provide an integrative approach when it comes to therapy. I am happy to help process through past events or find solutions and different ways of thinking about present issues. I want therapy to be a safe and welcoming environment where my clients can do anything from talk about their days and the struggles that arose to processing and learning from past experiences.

What you can expect from me

I hope to help my clients find new ways to look at the challenges they face. I emphasize a positive mindset while also understanding and validating some negative thoughts as we all experience those.
