Great to meet you!

Are you living with chronic illness, navigating a life transition, or feeling overwhelmed by mental health challenges? You don’t have to go through it alone.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of life experiences and mental health needs. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a trauma-informed lens.

Over the years, I’ve supported clients living with chronic illness and chronic pain, including those facing cancer and dialysis treatment. I understand that the medical system often doesn’t allow time for patients to be truly heard. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, speak freely, and feel undertood.

My approach to therapy

My background includes private practice, community mental health, and field-based outreach with FACT teams. I’ve led substance abuse groups, women’s support groups, and chronic illness support groups. I’ve also worked closely with college students, veterans, and individuals coping with severe and persistent mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, borderline personality disorder, and anxiety disorders.

Therapy with me is collaborative and adaptable. I meet you where you are and help you build the tools and insight to move forward. Whether you're seeking support with trauma, life adjustments, or living with long-term illness, I’ll work with you to find a path that fits your goals and values!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a collaborative roadmap, not just an intake. We will look at your life holistically to identify patterns and set clear, measurable goals for your growth. You'll leave our time together feeling empowered, heard, and equipped with a concrete, actionable plan to move forward.
