Great to meet you!

I've worked in outpatient, inpatient, school, & residential settings. I am an LCSW & Play Therapist. I work with children, adolescents, & adults in individual, couples, and family counseling. I use CBT, Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, family, relationships, behavior, school, self-esteem, trauma, and adjusting. I enjoy travel, stand-up, anime, The Office, creating, & adventuring.

My approach to therapy

I offer the opportunity to help by encouraging a lack of self-censorship, taking a nonjudgmental stance, and allowing for the use of humor (dark or otherwise, you pick ;0). I value and respect people and their experiences. I want to hear your story and I want to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and connected while developing skills to address tough issues. Let's journey and overcome! \UwU/
