Great to meet you!

Welcome to therapy! I want to assist you on your journey to create and maintain balance and manage lived experiences to find peace and clarity in your life. While I believe that, given time, you can manage all that life throws at you, I also believe that often we all need a little help. That's where our partnership can help towards growth and the life you deserve. Together we will create a safe space for you to explore your challenges and your gifts and find a path to move forward.

My approach to therapy

Our stories about ourselves can be both gifts and burdens. Let me assist you in regaining the gifts of your story and balance in your life so that you can manage your challenges in healthy ways. I believe you have the skills and that you may need some help reconnecting with the gifts of your story.

What you can expect from me

My practice is completely virtual. Online therapy, also known as Telemental health, is a growing field. A therapist or counselor provides psychological counseling and support over the internet through video. Telemental health may be useful to individuals who want to experience counseling in the privacy of their own home or who work unconventional hours.
