Great to meet you!

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck during a difficult season of life? You’re not alone — and I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Elda I. Salinas, M.A., LPC, LCDC. I am bilingual and I bring over 20 years of counseling experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions that can leave us feeling hopeless or uncertain about the future.

My approach to therapy

Therapy offers a sacred space — a place to pause, reflect, and heal. In our sessions, I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you’re invited to explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences without fear or judgment. Together, we’ll gently uncover the roots of your distress and develop healthier ways to cope, grow and thrive.

What you can expect from me

I understand that reaching out for help takes courage — and I honor that step. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or hope, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, professionalism, and compassion. Therapy can be a deeply transformative journey, and it may just become one of the best decisions you’ve ever made. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Hope to hear from you soon.
