Hello! I'm Eleanor Gillett-Chambers, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. With over 10 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health nursing, I believe effective mental health care begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
