Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–22 experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health conditions. I also provide evaluation and ongoing care for neurodivergent individuals, including autism spectrum disorder. Whether you're looking for answers, considering medication, or simply aren't sure where to start, my goal is to understand what is really going on and work together with patients and families on practical solutions that make a meaningful difference, with care that feels clear, grounded and supportive, so you feel less alone and more hopeful ahead.

My approach to therapy

With six years of experience in pediatric primary care, I take a practical, collaborative approach to treatment. I believe in talking with children and teens, not just about them, and partnering with families to create thoughtful, evidence-based plans focused on the concerns that matter most in everyday life and at home, school, and beyond. Together, gently.

What you can expect from me

Every child and family is different, and there is no single approach that works for everyone. I take time to understand what is going on, listen closely to your concerns, and work with you to create a practical plan that fits your child’s needs and your family’s goals, offering clear guidance, thoughtful care, and support you can truly use. With warmth, too.
