Eleanor Lynn Schrader

Welcome! I’m Eleanor (my close friends call me Lynn)! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel monumental, and I am glad you are here. I mainly specialize in helping individuals through women's issues, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, relationships and depression. I see adults 18 and up. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor, my mission is to provide an encouraging, collaborative, and safe space where you can heal, grow, and thrive. I believe that true transformation happens when therapeutic tools are paired with deep empathy, respect, and active partnership.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of custom-tailored modalities to help individuals transform their lives and achieve their best outcomes. I am here to support you through processing past painful events, managing daily overwhelm, and reclaim a sense of hope, safety, and balance. I can also help guide you through major milestones, identity shifts, and everyday wellness hurdles with an encouraging perspective.

In your first session, we will focus on building a safe, supportive foundation and mapping out a collaborative path forward. This is an encouraging partnership where your voice, comfort level, and personal boundaries always come first. We will look closely at what brought you to therapy, specifically exploring how areas like depression, anxiety, or trauma may be impacting your day-to-day life. Together, we will begin identifying your primary goals for healing, growth, and relief.
