Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement while building practical tools for growth, healing, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not about "fixing" people but helping them better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, mindfullness, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and strength based interventions. I have extensive experience supporting clients with a variety of mental health concerns across diverse populations and settings. My goal is to tailor therapy to meet your needs, goals, and pace of growth.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, I value authenticity, empathy, and connection. I understanding reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I am here to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the life and relationships they want to build. The first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what support you are looking for. We will discuss current concerns, personal history, goals for treatment, and any questions or concerns about the therapy process. There is no pressure to share everything at once- we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I welcome clients to ask questions so they can determine whether I feel like a good fit for their needs.
