Great to meet you!

I work primarily with teens and young adults ages 15–30 who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and struggles with motivation or direction. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves, unsure of what comes next, or frustrated that they “know better” but still struggle to follow through.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, supportive, and collaborative, but I also believe growth requires honesty. I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely safe and understood while still being challenged when needed. I am naturally gentle and compassionate, but I am not a passive therapist. I will help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself, and encourage you to move toward the life you want even when it feels uncomfortable. Therapy with me is not about judgment or criticism — it is about helping you build insight, confidence, and real change.

What you can expect from me

Together, we work to understand the deeper emotional patterns underneath those experiences while also building practical tools for coping, communication, emotional regulation, and self-trust. I believe therapy works best when you do not feel like you have to perform, impress, or have everything figured out. You are allowed to show up exactly as you are.
