Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety or depression take center stage. You might find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or exhaustion, wanting things to change, but unsure where to start. My role is to walk alongside you as we untangle those thoughts and feelings, so you can find a sense of balance and clarity again.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, person-centered approach that’s tailored to your needs. In our work together, we may use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, Motivational Interviewing to spark lasting change, and Solution-Focused strategies to help you take practical steps forward. My goal is always to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation is all about getting to know you, your story, your strengths, and the challenges you’ve been facing. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, clarify your goals, and start identifying strategies to help you feel more grounded and resilient. Most importantly, you’ll have a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk openly about whatever’s on your mind. If you’re ready to take that first step toward feeling more in control of your life, I’d be honored to support you.
