Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with both clinical training and lived experience supporting people with substance use and recovery. I work with youth and adults, as well as loved ones affected by another person’s substance use. My approach is flexible and collaborative, guided by what matters most to you. Whether your focus is maintaining recovery, exploring change, or redefining your relationship with substances, I adjust my approach to support your goals. I also work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or stress alongside their recovery journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. Sessions are shaped by your goals and comfort level, and I adjust as your needs evolve. We might focus on recovery, mental health support, or life challenges depending on what is most important to you. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to guide the work at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on building a connection and creating a safe space. I’ll listen to what brought you to therapy, what matters most to you, and what you hope to get out of our work together. From there, we start exploring how I can best support you. My goal is for you to feel understood, respected, and empowered to take the next steps at a pace that feels right for you.
