I am a Florida state licensed Mental Health Counselor, a New Jersey state licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, an Approved Clinical Supervisor and an Equine Interaction Professional. I have a great deal of experience in the treatment of addiction, dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, autism, relationship issues, and family conflict in adults and adolescents.
I implement multiple therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology and animal assisted psychotherapy. I employ a person-centered approach to therapy.
