Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elena. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have over six years of experience working with adults across the lifespan. I have had the privilege of supporting people during some of their most difficult seasons as well as longer seasons of personal growth. Our work together often focuses on navigating anxiety, depression, executive challenges, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and major life changes. I’m drawn to thoughtful, self-aware adults who are capable in many areas of life yet internally may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or overly self-critical.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and grounding approach, which means we work as partners in the process. I deeply value your insight and lived experience, and together we create a space where growth happens through both support and gentle challenge. I draw from evidence based and relational approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic therapy. This allows us to build practical coping skills while also exploring deeper patterns and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

Most recently, I've completed additional training in women-centered, neurodiversity-affirming ADHD care, deepening my understanding of the diverse ways ADHD presents across adults of all genders, particularly among those whose experiences may have been overlooked or misunderstood.

What you can expect from me

I understand that therapy involves vulnerability, and that can feel intimidating or even overwhelming. In our first and subsequent meetings, you’ll have a space to share your experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll develop goals that serve as a flexible guide on your journey, helping you navigate challenges, gain greater clarity, and build the skills and confidence needed to feel more resilient and empowered.
