My practice provides services for adults and couples looking to address life stressors, depression, anxiety, improve self esteem, communication and find conflict resolution. We also work with postpartum women and help to navigate complexities of parenthood. Services are provided in English and Russian.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In addition to clinical license I am trained in CBT and REBT. I use eclectic approach best tailored to your needs. Generally in my practice I use solution focused brief therapy, attachment based therapy, conflict resolution, motivational interviewing and other modalities to reach the best outcomes.
