Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. Graduated from Loma Linda University in 2013 in clinical counseling. Obtained my EMDR certification in 2022. I integrate a broad range of treatment modalities to assist individuals, couples, and families in the process of healing.

My approach to therapy

For anxiety or depression related symptoms, I would like to work with you for at least 8 sessions. I use a variety of cognitive, emotionally focused and mindfulness therapy techniques. Most clients begin to report positive shifts and awarenesses after a few weeks of consistent therapy.

What you can expect from me

Talking privately in a safe space to a trusted person can facilitate personal growth, hope, and healing. Therapy can help improve relationships, enhance communication, face difficult situations, heal from painful experiences, and move forward.
