Great to meet you!

I treat mild to moderate presentations of anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, relationship concerns, family conflict, and substance use-related issues appropriate for outpatient care. I have experience working within behavioral health and foster care systems and maintain a child-centered, systems-informed approach when working with families.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, solution-focused interventions, and training in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) for adolescents and families impacted by substance use and behavioral concerns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming environment focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you in. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I also see the first session as an opportunity for you to decide whether the fit feels right.
