Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, here to support you through whatever you’re going through—no judgment, just genuine care. I have experience working with both adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. We’ll work together to create a personalized plan, including medication management when appropriate, to help you feel your best. I provide care in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being open and heard. I work closely with each client to understand their needs and develop a personalized plan that supports their goals. Care may include medication management along with supportive, solution-focused strategies to improve daily functioning and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you in. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your concerns and goals, and you’re always welcome to share at your own pace. This is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being open. Together, we’ll start building a plan that supports you, including medication if appropriate.
