Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I believe therapy should be a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I have a particular interest in supporting adults navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional demands of balancing work, family, and personal responsibilities. Together, we’ll build practical tools, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions and share at your own pace. By the end, we’ll identify some initial goals and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
