Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Eli Metts, a board-certified psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology nurse practitioner. My background includes outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, and hospice and palliative care, which have shaped my compassionate, whole-person approach. I strive to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable discussing your concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on what matters most to you. I take time to understand your concerns, your daily life, and how your mental health affects your overall well-being. Together, we’ll explore treatment options with clear explanations and room for your questions. We’ll check in on your progress and adjust the plan as your needs change.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to care. We’ll discuss your symptoms, health history, and what you hope to improve. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, with a clearer understanding of your options and a plan for our next steps together.
