Great to meet you!

I have nearly 15 years of experience supporting adults and professionals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I’m licensed in NY, NJ, Arizona and Florida, and my focus is on creating a warm, safe, and collaborative space where we can work toward your goals together.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful growth. You are the captain of the ship, guiding the direction of your healing, and I serve as a trusted co-captain helping you navigate the course. I may offer tools or “homework” to support your progress between sessions, but I also value simply holding space for you to reflect and be yourself.

Compassion and integrity are central to my therapeutic process—I show up with consistency, care, and professionalism so you always feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll focus on cultivating deeper self-awareness, emotional balance, and more fulfilling connections in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in authenticity, presence, and empathy. I show up for my clients with warmth and curiosity, creating a space where you feel safe to explore your emotions without judgment. I believe that consistency and trust are the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work, so I strive to be someone you can rely on throughout this process.

In our work together, I draw from somatic techniques to help you build safety within your body and process trauma, while also incorporating evidence-based tools from CBT and DBT to manage emotions and foster self-awareness. I often integrate attachment and inner child work to address the deeper patterns that may be impacting your current relationships. My goal is to help you connect more fully with yourself and others, so you can experience greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard. We’ll start by talking about what’s been bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, but we’ll always move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This session is about beginning to build trust and connection so that you leave feeling grounded, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
