Great to meet you!

Your story matters! You are the expert of your life. I’m here to help you better understand your patterns, challenge the narratives that keep you stuck, and build practical tools to move forward with more confidence and clarity.

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed professional counselor, NCC, with a deep passion for supporting individuals impacted by mental health challenges from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I have over 20 years of mental health experience, including as a therapist. I began my clinical career in 2019, as an intern and then as a therapist providing inpatient care at Emory Healthcare. In 2021, I transitioned to private practice to offer counseling services, as there is a need for mental health services in rural areas for the Latinx community.

I warmly welcome clients from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds who are ready to share their stories, rediscover their strength, and begin rewriting their lives with purpose and intention. A core part of my mission is to destigmatize mental health within the Latinx and all communities. I am deeply committed to educating and advocating to help shift perspective on counseling and highlighting the courage it takes to ask for help. For me, seeking support is not a weakness—it is a powerful step toward healing, growth, and self-empowerment.

I work with young adults, adults, and professionals who are navigating self-doubt, pressure, and the quiet belief that they’re “not enough.” I help and support women experiencing mood issues related to PCOS and adult children of narcissistic parents heal, rebuild self-worth, restore confidence, and regain control of their lives.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative conversation—one where you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you along the way. Together, we’ll explore your story, build new tools, and find ways to reshape your narrative so it feels more aligned, balanced, and empowering.

I believe deeply in the power of your authentic self. Part of our work may include challenging the idea that you are a burden or “not enough,” and helping you reconnect with your inherent worth.

As humans, we are always growing and changing. My role is to support, gently challenge, and walk alongside you as you create a life that feels more intentional, meaningful, and grounded in confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is 50–60 minutes and begins with a brief review of practice policies to ensure clarity and answer any questions. From there, we’ll start wherever you feel comfortable—there’s no right or wrong place to begin.

My approach is person-centered and humanistic, so you can expect a space where you’re truly heard, respected, and not judged. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences and the story you’ve been carrying, using a narrative lens to help make sense of what you’ve been through.

Our work will focus on reconnecting you with your authentic self, strengthening your sense of worth, and helping you create a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and meaningful—not just on the outside, but internally too
