Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-trained therapist with a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hartford, double-majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development and Communication with a focus in Journalism. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across specialized trauma services, outpatient treatment, PHP/IOP programs, and medication-assisted treatment settings. My clinical experience includes individual, group, and targeted family therapy, comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration. I am EMDR-trained and specialize in trauma-informed care, and I have also held clinical leadership roles supporting and mentoring clinicians, developing therapeutic programming, and promoting evidence-based care.
